Our adoption process   Fill out an Application Have a meet and greet with the dog at a neutral location & turn in app Home visit with dog and rescue members All information is reviewed and determined if placement is right for the dog Adoption Donation paid & receive the dog * Out of state adoptions at determined on a case by case basis * Tall Tails Rescue does not have a physical location, we are foster based.
