Hazel<br/>Weight: 52 lbs (2026-07-31)<br/><br/>Hi my name is Hazel. They tell me I am a 5 year old but I don't feel it! I love to go for walks, hang out in the backyard and be where my people are. Thats what makes me happy. I am getting used to car rides and learning how to play now that my puppy raising years are behind me. I enjoy snuggling on the couch, stretching out on my dog bed in the front room and cuddling with the cats. I am good with other dogs and older children (6+) as I am not sure about the little ones and I like to avoid them.<br/><br/>My ideal people would be willing to take me with them as much as possible. I don't like to be left behind. I am a bit submissive and timid in the beginning but it's because I am getting used to so many new things. <br/><br/>My Foster Mom says that I am a good girl as I am not destructive when I am alone. I do suffer from separation anxiety, but it lessens once I know I am safe with a family and that they will come back home. I don't chew anything but my bones and squeaky plush toys. I do have a suspected chicken allergy so my Foster Mom avoids all chicken products.<br/><br/>I am looking forward to finding my new forever home.
