Hazel

But after their home was found to contain mold, and with the lady also expecting a child, they were forced to vacate the home immediately and was unable to take Hazel with them. After meeting Hazel and seeing just how wonderful she is, we were more than happy to help find Hazel a new home.<br/><br/>While at her former home, Hazel interacted with and did excellent around children, dogs and cats. She also proved to be very well house and crate trained, walks great on a leash and is very, very friendly towards everyone she meets. She does still need a little training so she doesn’t jump up on people, but does respond very well to corrective measures. Regardless, Hazel is an excellent choice for a first-time dog owner or family looking to add a dog to their home. While she currently weighs about 50 pounds, and looks very fit at that weight, her body size is that more of a medium-sized dog.<br/><br/>Hazel has been fully vetted, including being spay, recently tested negative for heartworms and has been kept up-to-date on all vaccines, de-wormings and monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
