Hazel's Story

Hazel is 4 years old and around 80 lbs. She is up to date on shots. She is very energetic and would do best with a yard to roam or be with an active person for daily outside time. She is very selective when making dog friends and would do best as an only dog but would enjoy a feline friend! She does jump so would be best with no small children but is good with older kids. Hazel is very food motivated and loves toys but will only fetch with chuck it balls. She is very vocal when she wants attention and loves to bark at wildlife. Hazel is crate trained and does not mind sleeping in her crate/or out. Hazel had a rough start to life and was abandoned at a shelter with her umbilical cord still attached, survived parvo , and then survived a rattlesnake bite , but you couldn’t tell it her mission in life is food and fun!
