Hazel

Hazel is a 5-7 year-old 11 pound chihuahua / Yorkie terrier mix. She is a little shy when she meets a new person, however, once she warms up to you she loves you with her whole heart. She is a faithful, fun-loving companion who loves to play with toys and snuggle in your lap (or by your side)<br/><br/>Hazel is house-trained and plays well with the other 2 dogs in her foster home. She enjoys walks and does well on a leash. She loves to sleep in the bed with her people, but is also quite cozy in her little round bed. <br/><br/>Hazel would do well in a home as an only pet or with other dogs. She joined our rescue after being abandoned at a vacant house on a chain - however since then she has been treated for heartworms, has been spayed, and is up to date on all her vaccinations. She is thriving in her foster home and is ready to find a fur-ever family of her own.
