You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hazel is a very sweet yet cautious Shih Tzu who is adjusting to life as house pet.<br/><br/>She is slowly warming up and has learned that chasing a ball through the yard or running through water on a hot day is a lot of fun.<br/><br/>Hazel is crate trained and doing well in the house. With patience and consistency she is catching on quick. Her foster sister is showing her the ropes :)<br/><br/>ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:<br/><br/>Physically fenced in yard to keep her safe - no invisible fences. Walking on a leash/harness is still a work in progress.<br/>Hazel would do best in a home with a confident resident dog to show her what being a dog is all about.
