Hawkins is a 7 month old Shih Tzu. He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.<br/>Hawkins was born with Hydrocephalus.<br/>Fortunately, his is a mild form, and is a very happy puppy who has no idea that he has special needs.<br/>Hawkins loves...<br/>**to eat<br/>**to run in the yard<br/>**to play with toys<br/>** to be carried by his hoomans<br/><br/>Hawkins special needs...<br/>**He is hearing impaired, he may hear loud pitches but it is very minimal.<br/>**He can see, but he has no depth perception so stairs are out. <br/>**He has a predominant soft spot on the top of his head so precautions have to be taken to ensure safety. Such as; no large dogs in the home, crated when left home alone, no rowdy children in home, ect.<br/>Hawkins does potty outside but he is also pee pad trained. He also requires a SECURE FENCED IN YARD.<br/>He does NOT have a history of seizures, brain swelling, or aggressive behavior.<br/>We do not know what the future holds for this little man but what we do know is he has the cutest head tilt, he bobbles like a bobble head when he eats and drinks, and when he's really excited he runs in lots of circles! <br/>Applications can be found at www.startingoveranimalrescue.org<br/>Kennel Livense 13561
