Haven is a sweet, playful girl with a curious mind and plenty of personality.

Haven loves being around her people and likes to stay in the same room, happily settling nearby while she watches what everyone is doing. She enjoys walks, plays with balls and toys, and even entertains herself by tossing her stuffed toys into the air and chasing after them. She already knows “sit” and walks nicely on leash.

True to her Border Collie nature, Haven has some herding instincts! She likes to practice on the resident dog by jumping on her back and nipping at her legs, so she’ll need a family who can help her learn appropriate ways to channel that energy. She also loves chasing squirrels and may let out a high-pitched bark when she’s frustrated that she can’t catch them.

Despite her puppy antics, Haven has a wonderfully sweet disposition and is eager to be part of whatever her people are doing. With continued training, playtime, exercise, and plenty of love, Haven will make a wonderful companion for an active family.

Haven is up to date on her puppy vaccines, already spayed and microchipped, and her adoption fee is $600.

-

Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through, they deserve a loving, committed home.
