Meet energetic and happy girl Havana! Turning 2 years old at the end of May, this Shepherd mix is very affectionate towards adults and absolutely adores babies and kids. She is kind of a big baby herself: loves to run around, play tug-of-war and be silly. Havana has lived with cats before and while curious to get to know them, she will easily leave them alone if requested. Havana will follow you around and will gladly jump on your bed to cuddle and give you kisses! She is very smart, brave and loyal, so she will be an excellent protector for her humans as well! This active girl gets along with other doggies and will be especially good fit with a high-energy male, who will let her "boss him around" a bit. Her future family must have a large fenced-in yard and be ready to provide 90-120 minutes of exercise every day, otherwise Havana may start looking for mischievous ways to entertain herself :) Havana weights about 55 lbs and is 21" at the shoulders. She is vaccinated and spayed. Havana is potty trained and does well on the leash. She knows a few commands and is eager to learn more.<br/>Havana arrived to US from one of the largest dog shelters in Russia where she spent her childhood. She was then adopted here and stayed with the family for 10 months before being surrendered back to our rescue. The family did not have enough time or will to dedicate to her exercise and training. She is currently staying in a foster home in Northeast Philadelphia and looking for a perfect family that will never give her up again. Now is a great time to adopt this happy girl and enjoy the summer fun together!
