Harvey was taken to the shelter after being abandoned and we pulled him from the shelter.<br/><br/>He's absolutely perfect! He is so affectionate and hasn't met a stranger yet. He loves to play with other friendly dogs his size. He loves respectful kids!<br/><br/>He is deaf, but we don't consider that a bad thing because Harvey is very much perfect.
