Harper is a 4-yr old Frenchie rescued recently from an Amish puppy mill. Harper is a very sweet girl that is great with dogs and cats. Harper is working on housebreaking and is crate trained. Harper is a little reserved and will take some time to come out of her shell. Harper requires a fenced in yard.
