Harper's Story

Hi! I'm Harper-a sweet, gentle girl who's learning how wonderful the world can be.

I'm doing really well meeting new people now and enjoy getting out and about on leash. I walk nicely on my martingale and don't react to other dogs. I'm happy just taking everything in at my own pace. I'm very affectionate and love being close to my people. Sometimes I even turn into a bit of a lap dog because that's how I feel most connected and safe.

I'm an easy girl to care for: I don't resource guard, I allow all-over handling, and I have a soft, tender nature. I adore people and truly shine when I'm with them. I'll do best with a family who will keep gently building my confidence and showing me that the world is a safe, fun place to be. I'm not the kind of pup who wants to be left in the house or yard—I want to go places, learn new things, and experience life alongside my humans.

I've got some pretty adorable features too—my expressive “party ears,” a slightly curly tail, and a look that leans very German Shepherd. I'm a calm, sweet soul with a gentle heart, and I'm ready to grow into a confident, happy companion with the right family by my side.

You like this dog...now what? Please take 3-4 minutes and complete our application form at: https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/42179/generic. Our adoption team will quickly contact you by phone or email (watch your spam please) to see if it's a match!.
