Folks we have doggos in need of foster or adoption. Harold is not yet with us in rescue.<br/><br/>First and foremost, this poor fella, Harold, has been in the shelter for going on two months. The shelter is full, he is between a cage and a run... spending 22+hrs a day in a tiny space. He needs out... NOW, before he is euthanized.<br/><br/>Harold is 4yrs old, he weighs 60lbs, and he has been an absolute sweetheart in the shelter.
