Harold's Story
Harold is doing well in his foster home. He will be staying on eye drops for his dry eye. We monitor his ears. He gets an ear drop in each ear a few times a week to try to keep them clean and ward off infections. So far, the drops seem to be helping.

He has become a gentleman even when you ask him to do something he does not care to do. He likes to sleep in. If you have to get him up earlier than usual, he might grumble about going out but does go out. He does have a mind of his own but takes directions.

Harold has come a long way. He is great with the other dogs. He does not play with them but loves to watch their antics and accepts their silly behavior. He still loves his toys. He asked for toys for Christmas and was so grateful for what he got. He was in heaven and loved to keep the toys in his crate that looks like a hoarders’ paradise. He takes them out to play. Then he sleeps with them.

Harold would make a great addition to any family. He loves children. He can make you laugh with his antics. He is quiet and does not ask for much. We think he is about 8 years old. He was picked up as a stray.

If interested in giving me a forever home, please complete an application at safeanimalhaven.org. Thank you!
