Teddy and Harley are bonded. They were surrendered by their owner, sadly, due to loss of housing. This dynamic duo is perfect! Teddy & Harley get along with other dogs, likely cats, appear potty trained, don't need a crate if only pets, have a great balance of confidence, and are as sweet as they look!
