Harley's Story

Ms. Harley Girl is a very well-loved and now well-rounded 7 yr old pure Aussie. Her family had to surrender her with Diesel to the rescue when the dad's dementia worsened. He had no limits on how much he fed the dogs and now poor Harley is severely overweight. She still gets around really well and needs a committed adopted who will loves her and commit to appropriate feeding amounts and multiple short walks every day. She is currently 90lbs and should be closer to 45. Aside from her needed weight loss, she is so full of love and character and personality. She is very smart and affectionate, a typical aussie girl. Her bloodwork and fecal are clean and she is up to date on all vaccines.

Arrows Landing Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy
All animals in our care receive full veterinary treatment prior to adoption, including vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery, microchipping, and medical clearance. Dogs also receive crate training, potty training support, and basic obedience foundations while in their foster homes. Animals who are too young or medically unable to be altered are placed in a foster-to-adopt arrangement. Their adoption is finalized once they are healthy and old enough for spay/neuter surgery. Our adoption fees are based solely on the animal’s age and never on breed.
