Harley's Story
Meet Harley.

Harley came to us as a feral 5-month-old puppy, and over the last year and a half she has made incredible progress. She is a sweet girl who absolutely loves toys and treats, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and is both potty trained and crate trained.

Harley is looking for a calm, patient home with an understanding adopter who will let her continue building confidence at her own pace. She would do best with a confident dog in the home to help show her the way and make her feel secure.

She will happily take treats from you, and while she is not quite ready for regular pets yet, she is not at all mean. She simply still needs a little space and time to trust. The foster's bed is her safe place, and at night she will let her foster pet her all over. You can see that she wants the connection - she is just still learning that it is safe.

Harley is the kind of dog who will absolutely bloom with the right person. If you have a calm home, a gentle heart, and the patience to let her continue to blossom, Harley may be your girl.

Highlights:
Crate trained
Potty trained
Great with other dogs
Loves toys and treats
Sweet, gentle girl who is building confidence every day
