HANNA's Story
Meet Hanna, a lovely lady full of hope and ready for her second chance! She is 3 years old and 11 lbs. She came to us from another Rescue who needed help with overflow. She originally was surrendered by a breeder. You can't see it in the pictures but she has a gorgeous cream and champagne coloring with a shiny/shimmery coat. I would have named her Asti! Poor gal came with her face shaved and it's in the ugly growing out stage.
Hanna is a positive pup, always looking on the bright side and ready for new adventures. She's a curious soul, eager to explore and sniff out all the world has to offer. Hanna is a loyal companion, offering endless affection and a listening ear (or paw) when you need it. With her hopeful spirit, Hanna is searching for a family to call her own, where she can be the shining star she was always meant to be. Could you be the one to show Hanna the love and care she deserves? Take a chance on Hanna, and she'll fill your life with love, laughter, and endless loyalty!
All of her vet care has been updated including her spay and dental cleaning.

Adoption fee: 400

please email us directly at: ohiosdrescue@gmail.com

Unfortunately, Petfinder makes us choose between YES, housebroken and NO, not housebroken. We do things differently here! In our foster homes the dogs are not allowed to have freedom to have accidents. In other words, 100% supervision or confined. What they do most becomes habit. Going potty outside is what they do most with us. We believe giving the dog too much freedom in a new home is setting them up to fail. They don't know the house rules or where they are supposed to go for a potty break. They have to be shown where to go and not allowed to go anywhere else. Some dogs are naturally inclined to go outside and some are confused about the new surroundings. We recommend you do what we do. 100% supervision and no freedom until your new friend knows the routine. It's only fair. So to be honest, the real answer about housebreaking is "I don't know" and the reason we don't know is because we don't know your routine.
