Our facility is open for adoptions by appointment. Please complete the adoption questionnaire found at this link https://form.jotform.com/211596541894163 . Once we have received your completed questionnaire someone will be in touch to set up an appointment for you to come in and meet the pet(s) you are interested in. If you have questions prior to completing the questionnaire please email info@clarkshelter.org or call (859)737-0053. Appointments will not be scheduled until the questionnaire is completed. This process can typically be completed the same day or by the next day depending on appointment availability. <br/><br/>Hank came to the shelter after being abandoned by his previous owner. He was in terrible condition and unfortunately the other dog in the home did not service. Hank however, has thrived since being rescued. He is a happy and loving boy that like to make new friends. He loves going for walks and loves his toys. He is a senior guy but missed out on a lot of the joys that a younger dog sound have so he is living that up now believe us- he's making the most of it!
