Meet Hank! He is an approx 8-yrs-old, 9-lb schnauzer mix. Hank is incredibly sweet and gentle. He loves people and does well with cats and some dogs (he will guard his food, so he will need to be fed separately from other pets).<br/><br/>Hank is happiest curled up on someone's lap or sleeping beside his person. He enjoys short, leisurely walks but does not need much exercise. He would thrive in a calm home with someone who wants a devoted little companion nearby throughout the day. A retiree, someone who works from home, or anyone looking for a professional lap warmer could be a wonderful match.<br/><br/>Hank appears to have had some house-training. He prefers to go outside but still has occasional accidents as he settles into a routine.
