Hank's Story

Blue-eyed, bespeckled Hank is the ultimate love bug. He cannot get enough people time. Playing hanky-panky on his ride to the shelter from WV, Hank is a cutey-pie. Only about 8 months old, the quite diminutive 28 lb melt-your-heart-with-his-eyes, mixed breed has shown himself to be playful with other dogs and oh-so-cuddly with people. The iPhone comes up with different answers about his potential breed which are hard to swallow — catahoula (NAH!), pointer (maybe?), but there is no breed designation for “adorable” which Hank is. He was in a foster home briefly and is likely housebroken.

You can visit the dogs from noon - 3 pm Saturdays and Sundays, otherwise by appointment. We always recommend submitting an application (and a copy of recent vet records for your current pets if applicable) to info@aradopt.org.

Link to application: https://www.angelridgeanimalrescue.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Dog-Application.pdf
