Hana's Story
This adorable 10-week-old Cattle Dog/Pittie mix is looking for her forever home! Currently enjoying life in a foster home, she’s a happy, curious puppy who is learning something new every day and she’s got lots of personality already!

Her favorite place to be is right in your lap. She absolutely loves to cuddle and is convinced she’s the perfect lap dog. She’s been around kids in her foster home and is learning a lot from her older Cattle Dog foster sibling, who has been a wonderful role model for her.

She’s very treat motivated, which makes training much more fun. She’s working hard on potty training, learning to walk on a leash, and practicing being comfortable in her crate. She’s not a huge fan of the crate just yet, but she’s making progress and learning to stay in it for longer periods. At night, she’d much rather snuggle up with another dog than sleep alone in her crate, she’s definitely a social little girl!

When she’s not cuddling, you’ll find her playing with squeaky toys, chewing on anything she can get her little teeth around, or searching for the perfect stick. She LOVES sticks-chewing on them, carrying them around, and attempting to bring them inside.

Like any young puppy, she’s still learning the basics and will need a family who is patient, consistent, and ready for the fun (and occasional chaos!) that comes with puppyhood. She’s smart, affectionate, eager to learn, and loves being around people and other dogs.

If you’re looking for a playful little companion who will happily trade your lap for a squeaky toy and then come right back for a cuddle, this sweet girl may be the one for you!

If you're interested in meeting Hana, please fill out an adoption application on our website: pnwcdr.org/adopt.

Please note: We do not conduct DNA testing on our foster dogs. The breed description provided is our best guess based on the dog's appearance, mother's appearance, paperwork, etc.

Adoption Process:

Adoption Application
Phone Conversation
Meet & Greet
Home Visit
Application Approval
Adoption Fee & Contract ($525)

Our adoption application is available at pnwcdr.org/adopt.
