Hamilton (Hammi)'s Story
I would like to introduce Hamilton! He is a 2-year-old Boston Terrier that comes in at a whopping 13 lbs. He is still a little shy but once he gets to know you, he will be your best friend.
Here are a couple points about this handsome boy:
"Not throwing away his shot" He's eager for a forever home and ready to give it his all.
"Young, scrappy, and hungry" Perfect for a playful, energetic pup.
"The world turned upside down" His life changed when he was rescued.
"History has its eyes on you" A sweet way to say he's looking for someone special.
"You'll be back" He's loyal and loves his people.
"Look around, look around at how lucky we are to be alive right now" A grateful, affectionate dog.
Revolution imagery He's starting a new chapter, leaving the past behind.
He is doing very well with potty training; a schedule is recommended to keep him on track. (regression is possible when in a new environment).
He does really well on a leash so a fenced in yard is not a must. He does very well in a crate when his foster mom has to work or go out. But he does not sleep in the crate at night but in bed with his foster sister and mom. He sleeps through the night with no fuss just a little snoring occasionally which is so cute.
Hammi gets along well with all visitors' men, women, and children and also gets along well with his resident small dog. He has not been cat tested so we are not sure about that. He has not been in the car that much but when he is he is in the crate for safety.
Hamilton is neutered, microchipped and up to date on all his shots. He is on flea, tick and heartworm preventatives and must continue at his new home. He is being fostered in York, PA so approved applicants and their family and resident dogs will have to travel to York for a meet and greet before being approved for adoption.
Please fill out an application for adoption on our website. www.zoeshouserescue.com
Zoe's House Inc.
Kennel license #9117
P.O.
