Potential adopters must fill out an online adoption application via our website. Please have patience as our application is lengthy. Following that, we will review the application, call vet and personal references, then contact the applicant to set up a meet and greet. We advise all applicants to call their vet offices to give permission for the vet to release information to the OPIN staff when they call.
