Halo's Story

Halo is a stunning 7 year-old girl weighing around 100 pounds, and she knows exactly how to steal the spotlight everywhere she goes. With her gorgeous blue brindle coat and stocky build, Halo turns heads on every walk — you’ll definitely be the envy of the neighborhood with this beauty by your side!

Halo absolutely loves treats and will happily sit politely for a snack… or two… or maybe four. Because of her love for goodies, she could stand to lose a few pounds, but don’t tell her that — Halo already knows she’s perfect just the way she is! Thankfully, she also enjoys long walks to help balance out those extra treats.

This sweet girl is the perfect mix of calm and fun. She’s past the wild puppy stage but still has plenty of energy for neighborhood strolls, car rides, and spending time with her people. In fact, Halo is an excellent passenger and loves cruising around just as much as she loves curling up on the couch for a nap afterward.

Halo is a strong girl, so an experienced owner would be ideal. She adores people and seems to do well with both adults and children. She also has canine friends and gets along well with other dogs when introduced slowly and properly. Cats are unknown at this time.

Halo is crate trained, spayed, and up to date on all vaccines. If you’re looking for a loyal, beautiful companion with a heart as big as her personality, Halo may just be your perfect match.

If you would like to welcome Halo to the family, please email us at huntershoperescue@gmail.com or whoohoo956@aol.com for the link to our application. Hunter's Hope Dog Rescue's Adoption Policy
Our adoption process consists of an adoption application, reference and vet checks, meet and greet, and home check. An adoption contract will be signed to finalize the adoption. Certain dogs may require a trial adoption but that will be noted in the dog’s listing information. Our adoption screening process may seem rigorous but Hunter’s Hope needs to be assured that our dogs are going to safe, responsible and loving homes. All of our dogs vaccinated(age appropriate), heart worm tested, current on monthly HW/flea/tick preventatives, spay/neutered and micro-chipped. The adoption fees vary, depending on age, breed, and other factors.
