She is fantastic with people, great with cats, and very submissive with other dogs, making her an easy addition to many types of homes. She absolutely adores belly rubs, giving kisses, and showing off her joyful zoomies when she gets excited.<br/>Haley is full of personality and loves to keep life fun. Whether she’s running around the yard, asking for affection, or simply being her goofy self, she has a way of making everyone around her smile.<br/>Her Ideal Home<br/>Haley would thrive in a house (not an apartment or condo), as she does not enjoy being left alone and can be quite vocal about expressing her feelings—let’s just say she proudly sings the song of her people. Because of this, a home without direct neighbors would be ideal.<br/>She is still learning that being alone is okay and is not yet comfortable with a crate. While we hoped a crate might help her feel more secure, she is still adjusting. The good news? Haley is very well-behaved when left alone and doesn’t get into mischief or destroy things.<br/>She is a bit of a puller on leash and could benefit from some continued leash work, plus she’s currently working on shedding a few extra pounds to get back to her healthiest self.<br/>Her Story<br/>Haley is searching for a new beginning after sadly losing her human dad, who recently passed away. Elle est excellente avec les humains, super avec les chats et très soumise avec les autres chiens, ce qui en fait un ajout facile à plusieurs types de foyers. Elle adore les gratouilles sur le ventre, donner des bisous et faire ses petits zoomies de bonheur quand elle est excitée.<br/>Haley déborde de personnalité et aime rendre la vie amusante. Que ce soit en courant dans la cour, en demandant de l’attention ou simplement en étant sa petite personne rigolote, elle réussit toujours à faire sourire les gens autour d’elle.<br/>Sa famille idéale<br/>Haley serait plus heureuse dans une maison (pas d’appartement ni de condo), puisqu’elle n’aime pas être laissée seule et peut être assez vocale pour exprimer son mécontentement — disons simplement qu’elle chante fièrement le chant de son peuple. Pour cette raison, une maison sans voisins directs serait idéale.<br/>Elle apprend encore que rester seule, c’est correct, et elle n’est pas encore à l’aise en cage. Même si on espérait qu’une cage pourrait l’aider à se sentir plus en sécurité, elle est encore en période d’adaptation. La bonne nouvelle? Haley est très sage quand elle est seule et ne fait pas de dégâts ni de mauvais coups.<br/>Elle tire un peu en laisse et bénéficierait de continuer son apprentissage de marche. Haley travaille aussi présentement à perdre quelques livres pour retrouver un poids plus santé.<br/>Son histoire<br/>Haley est à la recherche d’un nouveau départ après avoir malheureusement perdu son papa humain, récemment décédé.
