I came to the Shelter as a stray. I'm a Black Lab mix, and am about one year old. I'm a neutered male, and weigh 60#. I have a very sleek and shiny short-haired black coat.<BR><BR>I'm a very nice boy in need of a new family to love me. I'm not sure how it happened, but I never meant to get lost. It's so scary out on your own! I'm really hoping my new family will have a fenced yard for me so that I can't ever get lost again! I'm a nice boy with a good personality. I did OK on my temperament evaluation, although the volunteers here at the Shelter say that my new home shouldn't have any cats or very young children (under 3 years of age). I'm OK with other dogs, although I do get upset if they bark a lot at me. So if there are other dogs in my new home, I may need more time to adjust. I would be fine as an only dog, too. I'm looking for a new home where I can get exercise, playtime, and lots of love.
