Hades's Story
Meet Hades!
Hades comes as a product of divorce—neither owner wanted to keep him, and he was sadly spending most of his time in a kennel. Now in foster care, he’s thriving and ready to find the loving forever home he truly deserves.

Hades is a one-year-old, 15–20 lb poodle mix with a big personality packed into a small, curly package. This playful pup is full of energy and still very much in his puppy stage—he loves to run, play, and keep himself busy with toys and chews. He’s happiest when he has plenty of outlets for his energy, whether that’s digging through the toy box, zooming around the yard, or playing with another dog.

Hades currently lives with both dogs and cats and does well with them. He would enjoy a home with another dog that matches his energy, but he also entertains himself just fine. He is crate trained and working on his potty training (he knows how to use potty pads), and he’s learning his basic manners. Like many young dogs, he still jumps up and likes to chew, so his forever family will want to provide lots of toys and continue his training.

This sweet boy is very social and affectionate, and he loves meeting new people. He can be a little wary of men at first but warms up quickly. His bark is surprisingly deep for his size—he sounds like a much bigger dog! Hades also makes silly little noises that his foster says sound like a monkey, which only adds to his charm.

Hades enjoys spending time outside, lounging on the couch, and most of all, being with his people. He’s brave, curious, playful, and independent, but he’s also a snuggly little guy who will happily come when called. With consistent training, structure, and lots of love, Hades will thrive in his forever home.

If you’re looking for a fun, energetic, and entertaining companion who will keep you smiling with his antics, Hades might just be your perfect match!

He will be neutered, brought up-to-date on vaccinations, and microchipped on October 7.

Please follow the link below for his adoption application. Note: applicants must live within one hour of Toledo Ohio.

His adoption fee is $350

http://www.dogworksohio.com/adoption-application.html
