Sadly, her owner passed away suddenly, and Gussy has now found herself without the only home and person she has ever known. At 10 years old, Gussy certainly didn’t expect to be starting over.<br/><br/>Right now, she needs someone who can show her that although her world has changed, she is not finished being loved. This sweet senior girl deserves a soft place to land, a comfortable bed, gentle hands, and someone she can once again call her own. Gussy has spent a lifetime knowing what it means to belong to someone. She isn’t asking for much—just the chance to belong again. She deserves leisurely walks, cozy afternoons, a warm bed, treats, belly rubs, and someone beside her who will make her feel safe and loved.<br/><br/>There is something incredibly special about opening your heart to a senior dog.
