Gussie will sit right next to you for hours at a time and most often will want to hop right on your lap. Yes – he’s a wonderful lap dog and will keep you warm in the winter months. Gus is almost 5 years old and is looking for a forever home where adults will love him and spoil him. His owner passed away and he’s been staying with relatives until a new forever home can be located. <br/><br/>Gussie is house trained, handles himself well on a leash, loves being in the sun and/or under a blanket, even in the middle of our current heat wave. He’s crated at night, eats only Iams dry dog food and dog treats and basically is a very easy dog to manage. <br/><br/>We have now been approved to adopt and transport into the state of Massachusetts but there are guidelines the organization and adopters must follow.
