Groot does gain confidence around other social dogs so having another dog in the home or frequent guest would likely benefit him. He'll also benefit from continued reward-based training as he gains confidence with people and works on his basic manners and leash walking skills. Although he walks fairly well on leash, he can balk at thresholds due to uncertainty.
