Grizzly's Story

My name is Grizzly! I am a 3.5-month-old, 16 lb mix of endless smiles. My friends think I am very likely a Beagador with maybe a little Jack Russell Terrier somewhere down the line. When I am all grown up, I should weigh right around 35 to 40 lbs.

I absolutely love other dogs—even the senior pup in my foster home enjoys my puppy company! I am a very social and engaging guy, so if my forever home already has a resident dog, I would be oh-so-happy if they would play with me. I am also a huge fan of all humans, especially the 6-year-old girl in my house. She is one of my absolute favorites, and I love nothing more than sitting right on her lap.

I am quite the character! I will happily bounce to and fro while I get to know you. Toys and games are my absolute favorite things: tug, fetch (or at least the idea of fetch!), squeaky toys, and chew toys all make me super happy. I just want to be part of all the human fun. I can easily see myself tag-along on family outings, nice long walks, doggie playdates, and kids' sports games.

Like all young puppies, I still need to learn a few of my manners, but I am a really smart dude and already know my basic commands. I am already crate-trained, housebroken, and sleep all the way through the night! I am currently located in New Jersey and can't wait to find my forever family!
