Grizzly Shepherd & Hound Mix Stockbridge, GA

Meet Grizzly! This handsome guy is a year and a half shepherd/hound mix. He currently weighs 45 lbs. We recently rescued him and he is in a foster home with one of our experienced fosters. His foster has other dogs of her own with very different personalities and Grizzly is doing well with them. They have corrected him at times during play and he understands the correction.

Grizzly loves to play! Loves to play with other dogs and will even entertain himself and play with toys by himself! He has not been introduced to cats but could be for potential adopters. He would be fine with children but given his energy level we would recommend a home with children of ages 10 or older. Grizzly is fully house trained, however he is not a fan of the crate and this is something his foster is working on. We assume he had never been crated prior to coming to us. He also would love a home with a fenced in yard to run in. He is a jumper and can jump a 4ft chainlink fence with ease!

Grizzly is up to date on all age appropriate shots, neutered and micro-chipped. He is heartworm negative. He is current on flea/tick/heartworm monthly prevention. He is available for meet and greets locally. He can also be adopted out of state to approved adopters- a transport fee would apply in addition to his adoption fee.
