Meet Grinch!<br/><br/>Grinch is a sweet, resilient 4-year-old, 40-lb boy with a calm spirit and a deeply kind heart. He has a gentle, thoughtful nature and approaches the world with quiet curiosity. Grinch loves companionship and the simple comfort of feeling safe. He is the kind of dog who bonds deeply and becomes a loyal, devoted friend for life.<br/><br/>His story<br/><br/>Grinch was surrendered by an owner who could no longer afford to care for him and three other dogs. She made the difficult but loving decision to seek help so they could have a better future. She brought them to our rescue partner, SOS el Arca Animal Rescue, where Grinch received shelter, care, and stability.<br/><br/>Despite the uncertainty in his early life, Grinch has remained gentle, trusting, and incredibly appreciative of kindness. With love and consistency, he truly blossoms.<br/><br/>His personality<br/><br/>Grinch does wonderfully with other dogs and loves to play. When volunteers take him on a 15-minute walk outside the shelter, he literally wiggles his hips side to side with joy. He’s simply happy to explore the world.<br/><br/>He would make a perfect companion for someone who enjoys going for walks or has a fenced-in yard (a dream for every dog!). Grinch also knows how to relax and is a wonderful cuddler.<br/><br/>He is truly a special companion. Whoever gives him the chance to have a home of his own will be rewarded with unwavering loyalty and endless love.<br/><br/>A chance for a new beginning<br/><br/>We would love to bring Grinch to New York on our March transport — but he can only make the journey if a committed adopter or foster-to-adopt home is waiting for him. Grinch has already experienced too much uncertainty.
