Meet Gretel! She is an 8-month-old beautiful medium-sized girl, weighing around 30 pounds and still growing, who's ready to find a loving home to call her own. She originally came to us from a shelter in Tennessee, and she's been patiently waiting since 5/1 for her chance at a fresh start.<br/><br/><br/>Gretel is a very sweet girl with a gentle nature. She has been understandably overwhelmed in the shelter environment and may take some time to adjust and feel comfortable in new situations. She would benefit from a patient and understanding adopter who can help her build confidence at her own pace. Once she settles in, her loving personality is sure to shine.<br/><br/><br/>We ask that all family members meet her prior to adoption to ensure a good fit. Gretel has done well meeting other dogs here at the shelter, though she may need a little time to warm up.
