What is Mid-Atlantic Basset Hound Rescue’s adoption process?

Will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption. No invisible/electrical fences We cannot and do not guarantee a Basset Hound for every applicant, nor do we adopt basset hounds out of area (NJ, NY, PA, CT, DE).
