Grandma Buttons's Story
Name: Grandma Buttons
Breed: Chihuahua
Sex: Spayed Female
Age: 10 years
Weight: 4.5 lbs

Animal Number: 4666

Lazy Diva Queen, Demands Soft Bed and Warm Blankets - Has Medical Needs

Good with dogs? Yes, she is pretty indifferent to other dogs. She would do best with other dogs who leave her alone.

Good with cats? No Tested

Good with kids? Grandma Buttons will do better with older children due to her body handling sensitivities.

Energy level: Very Low. She loves to nap and soak up the sun. She does not really play with toys or chew on anything since she does not have any teeth. Being royally adorable is her full-time job and exercise is beneath her royal status.

Medical needs: Grandma Buttons has no teeth left. She has a grade 2 luxating patella on both of her knees. At this time, her knees are not severe enough to require treatment, but she should be monitored for changes to her mobility or lameness.

Animal Characteristics: Grandma Buttons is a lazy little diva queen who demands a soft bed and a warm blanket! She is very tiny and needs an adopter who will keep her safe and handle her carefully. She does not know any commands or obey anyone. This is Grandma’s world, we just hand-feed her and allow her to rule it. She is not really potty trained, but she keeps a clean kennel. She can be crated as long as there is a bed and a blanket. She does great with riding in a car and never barks. Grandma is absolutely adorable, ready to show you who’s boss, and you will love her for it!

Please learn more about the adoption process and fill out an application at www.pawsco.org/adopt/adoption-process. My adoption fee is $300. You can also contact my friends at PawsCo at adopt@pawscoadoptions.org if you have questions. I look forward to meeting you!
