Graham's Story

Meet Graham! Looking for a loyal companion whose sole purpose in life is to constantly be by your side providing unconditional love? Look no further.

Graham, aka Teddy Graham, joined the RMG family after he was picked up by one of the shelters we work closely with, and his former owner stated they did not want him back. He had actually been adopted from that same shelter a few years prior after having been brought in as a stray. Graham's leg was already missing when he was brought into the shelter the very first time, so no one knows what happened there. He doesn't let that slow him down at all though! Graham keeps up with his playmates just fine and can sprint around the yard as easily as his four legged counterparts.

But why his owners no longer wanted him is a complete mystery to us, he is literally perfect. He is crate trained, and completely housebroken, and has been amazing with all the other dogs in his foster home. His favorite activity is receiving cuddles from his foster dad, and his sole purpose in life is to be wherever his person is. Graham is a little shy when meeting new people for the first time, but he will quickly warm up once he receives reassurance from someone he trusts that they are friends.

Graham is looking for a tried and true Standard Poodle family who will embrace his Velcro tendencies. Does that sound like you? Email adrienne@rescuemega.org or fill out an adoption application on our website- www.rmgdogs.org

PLEASE NOTE: Previous first hand ownership experience with Standard Poodles is a strict requirement to adopt Graham

Rescue Me Ga Inc's Adoption Policy
We have an application process that we require for any adoption. The application can be found on our website at www.rmgdogs.org - its the first step in our process and required before we set up a time for you to meet the dog you are interested in …. ALL of our dogs are completely vetted - all vaccines - spay or neuter - dewormings - chip - heart worm tested and treated if needed and ready to be loved. WE are foster based which means our dogs are in homes or temporary boarding when we rescue them -- we know their personalities and what would be their best fit! Our dogs come from a rural Georgia shelter and often we take in surrenders from families facing difficult situations….. WE do post many dogs still in need at animal control as well as all who have been saved already that are in foster homes. We do NOT operate a facility where you can visit the dogs unless you contact us to possibly meet one already in a foster
