Gracie's Story

FOSTER or ADOPT Gracie!
This petite, precious little girl was found as a stray running the streets! She’s been so kind and gentle from the moment she came up to her, finder. It’s very clear she’s had years of neglect, and she’s been used as a breeder dog. Despite this she is so sweet and affectionate. She is microchipped and we tried reaching out to the person that was associated with it but they have no interest in anything to do with her. We see this too often in Southern California with no consequences. Who knows how many litters of puppies she was used for.

We have her at the veterinarian right now getting checked up for everything. She’s had chronic ear infections that have gone untreated, some of her teeth are worn down, just to name a few things. We’re getting her dewormed, flea and tick treatment, her ears flushed, and we’re getting her on antibiotics. She’s going to be spoiled and pampered the rest of her life. The Vetrenarian staff said she was really easy to work with!

She has been great around other dogs, really good with kids, she’s good on the leash, and hasn’t had any accidents inside. As mentioned she is gentle and good with strangers. If you can open your home to give her a safe warm place to rest, while we find her forever home or if you would like to make her a part of your family. Please reach out!
All supplies will be provided, and her veterinarian care will be covered.
