DAGSHIP Rescue's Adoption Policy

Simple and straightforward. We initiate all dog adoptions as trial adoptions. We give the dog or cat a few weeks to settle in. If it seems like a perfect fit, we require a yard or a fenced-in area for the animal to roam freely, if possible. We understand that some circumstances may not allow for this. However, we want to ensure that the dog and the owner have a safe and happy environment. Once the paperwork is completed, the adoption is finalized.
