Meet Gracie! Gracie was saved from the e-list. She was a matted mess who was very scared. Once Gracie gets comfortable she will be your shadow. She would love a home that has a person around as much as possible. She understands if they need to go out to work so they can afford to support her. She is good with other dogs. She does become attached to her person. So if you are looking for a dog that is your shadow, snuggle buddy, and will love you unconditionally this is your gal! She would do best in a home with older children. She is good with them but they move fast and make her nervous. Gracie is spayed, UTD on vaccines, microchipped, and 4DX (tick/heartworm test) negative. Gracie is approximately 2 years and 7 months old and weighs 30 pounds. Paw Posse Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

All potential adopters fill out an application. If we feel based off the application that they may be a good fit we do a phone interview. If that goes well we do a meet and greet. If there are other dogs involved they are included in the meet and greet. If that goes well we move to the home inspection. If they pass we can process the application. Sometimes dogs don't mesh the first time meeting. We will set up additional meet and greets for the dogs. There may be things in their home that we ask them to change (storage box by a fence, lock on the gate, barrier at the front door). Once we verify these items repaired/in place we will approve the application. We follow up with our adopters regularly. We ask for updated photos and help with any concerns they may be having.
