Gracie's Story
Gracie spent 5 years in a puppymill before coming to us. She wants so badly to trust, her little tail will wag, but she is terrified because she was not treated very kindly in the mill. She keeps her pen clean and I carry her outside to do her business and carry her back in. We tried giving her the run of the house but she spent all her time hiding under the couch. We moved her into a pen where we can bend down and pet her and she can get used to human touch means love, not hurt. Gracie is so sweet with the softest fur and cute pushed in nose.
