Grace's Story

Hi, I'm Gracie (although my foster family also calls me Meatball and Duckling... you'll understand when you meet me!).

I was rescued from a shelter in sunny California, and now I'm looking for a family of my own. You could say I'm bringing a little California sunshine with me wherever I go.

My front legs are a little different, but thanks to surgery, I'm stronger every day. The funny thing is... no one told me I was different! I run, zoom, jump, explore, and even parkour around the house just like any other happy puppy.

What I really want is to be wherever you are.

If you're cooking, I'm your little kitchen helper. If you're driving, I'm the perfect copilot. If it's bedtime... scoot over because I'm convinced cuddling is my full-time job. I love hugs, kisses, belly rubs, pawdicures, and I'll happily soak up every bit of affection you have to give.

I'm crate trained, potty trained, ride beautifully in the car, and I'm learning all kinds of new things. I already know sit, come, and how to take treats gently, and I'm working hard on the rest. I adore kids, love meeting other dogs, and everyone who meets me falls for my sweet, happy personality.

The only funny thing about me? If you leave the room, I might sing you the song of my people. My foster says I sound like an orca whale because I just really, really miss being near you.

I'm not looking for someone who feels sorry for me.

I'm looking for someone who wants the happiest, cuddliest, funniest little best friend they've ever met.

I promise... I'm worth it.
