New Year. Fresh Start. Forever Friend.

This is Gordon—a 5-year-old hound mix who has been quietly waiting 13 long months in foster care for one thing: his person.

Gordon isn’t here because he did anything wrong. He’s here because sometimes the best dogs take a little longer to be seen. He’s playful, gentle, and full of joy, with a hound nose that loves to explore and a heart that loves even bigger.

He’s great with other dogs, wonderful with kids, and would thrive in a home ready for adventures, laughter, and unconditional love. Gordon has already proven how loyal and kind he is—now he’s just hoping 2025 is the year someone chooses him.

This New Year, Gordon isn’t wishing for fireworks or resolutions.

He’s wishing for a couch to curl up on...

A family to belong to...

And a forever that finally starts. ✠̈
