Golondrina's Story
Golondrina is a sweet brindle galga (female galgo) that is just shy of 7 years old. She is
getting comfortable in her foster home and learning all the wonderful aspects of being a
pet in a loving home. After spending the first 6+ years of her life for nothing but
breeding, she is learning what it means to have a family. She gets along wonderfully with her
canine foster siblings, enjoys soft beds (both dog and human) and loves a good daytime nap.
She walks wonderfully on a leash and is quickly becoming accustomed to the everyday
sounds of day-to-day life (cars, house noises, other dogs, etc.). She is still sharpening
her potty skills as she had no experience prior but is making great progress. We think her prior life was confined to a cage because she tends to pace around the house before settling in. Golondrina is cat and small dog safe, would do best in a home with a six foot fence. She would thrive in a quiet home with canine siblings and humans who are home often.

We adopt within 1 1/2 hours of Kansas City.
