Upon arrival, Goldie will spend a short 2–5 day decompression period in a local Maine foster home before beginning meet & greets. This time allows her to settle in, decompress, and show us her true personality. We are accepting applications now so we can line up the best possible matches ahead of arrival. We have a careful screening process that consists of reference checks, a veterinary referral, and a home visit ensuring that our furry friends stay in their forever homes for good. Our adoption fee ranges from $400-575 which includes spay/neuter, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, deworming and a microchip. As such, we encourage potential adopters to be open to traveling up to 3 hours in each direction from Portland to meet and greet with their prospective furry family members.
