Goff's Story

Looking for a BIG bundle of puppy love? Meet Goff!

This handsome young guy is ready to trade shelter life for a family of his own!
Goff is an estimated 5-month-old male puppy who came to CCHS as an unclaimed stray alongside his sister, Gibbs. His breed is unknown, and we may not know where his journey began, but we can’t wait to see where it takes him next!

So, what can we tell you about Goff?
He’s a playful, friendly, social guy who is ready to make friends and have some fun!
He has encountered other dogs without any issues. If you have a canine companion at home, a meet-and-greet will be required to make sure everyone is a good match.

Walking on a leash? Well, Goff is still figuring that one out! He’s young and has plenty to learn, so his future family will need to work with him on leash manners and continue building his skills.

Potty training, basic commands, and everyday manners are all part of the puppy package! Goff will need patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement as he learns what it means to be a well-mannered member of the family.

One important thing to know: Goff is growing FAST! We expect him to be a big boy (he is already 40 pounds!) so be prepared for a whole lot of puppy to love!
At around 5 months old, Goff is at a wonderful age to learn, explore, and bond with his people. He needs a family ready to invest in his training, provide plenty of playtime, and help him grow into a confident, well-rounded adult dog.

Goff is currently awaiting his neuter surgery, but he’s already ready to start meeting potential forever families! Applications are being accepted and meet-and-greets can be scheduled while he waits for his procedure.

This sweet boy has his whole life ahead of him. He deserves a home where he can be a puppy, learn new things, make memories, and grow up knowing he belongs.
Could you be the one to give Goff his fresh start?

Apply to adopt and come meet this growing boy! Your next great adventure might just have four paws and a wagging tail.
