Rosie was very pregnant at the time of rescue and gave birth right at DWB Headquarters. She and her siblings have been lovingly cared for in a foster home, and she is 8 weeks, thriving, and ready for a forever home! Mom is about a 20 lb Chihuahua mix and Dad is unknown.
