Glory

Glory was rescued along with dozens of other animals from a deplorable hoarding situation in a neighboring county. She was brought to our shelter where she crouched in a corner for a full week before letting anybody near her. Then, quite suddenly, she smiled and moved toward a kind human. She began to trust and enjoy attention, and she has not looked back.

Glory now runs up to the staff at the shelter and can't wait to go outside to run with the other girls in our play yard. She is learning to walk on a leash, something she had clearly never seen before. She will still bark at people that she has not met yet, but given a few minutes she becomes friendly. Glory does not seem interested in cats.

Glory weighs in at 24.5 pounds. A young adult, she has her whole life ahead of her to learn and enjoy what being a dog is all about. She is ready to take her place in a loving home. Come meet our Glory!

Thank you for considering Glory and supporting our small, rural animal shelter.
