Gloria's Story
Gloria is a beautiful dog with her blue eyes and white fur, who is very friendly and sweet. Gloria has lived with other dogs but would thrive best as an only dog or with a larger male dog companion. When she is stressed or excited, she acts like a terrier. The dogs that she has lived with are non reactive.

She is calm but can get excited meeting new people. In general, she entertains herself and is funny, quirky and quiet. She plays with toys in her yard by herself and occasionally gets the zoomies. Mostly, she finds soft things and takes naps. She would be the perfect dog for someone working from home and needing a foot warmer. She can be very interested in dogs and people outside of her yard.

Gloria is terrified of thunderstorms and shakes when they are happening. She would like to snuggle close to her humans when there are storms. She is very very people oriented. She is a lovebug. Gloria is not a dog park dog because she is dog selective. Gloria would be best in a home that wants to spoil her with love and recognizes her limitations in socializing with other dogs.

If you are interested in adopting Gloria:

Applicants must have a secure visible fence connected to an exit door of the house. Other pets in the home must be current on vaccinations, heartworm and flea/tick preventative and altered. Applicants will be screened, including a home visit.

If you would like to meet Gloria, complete an application on our website dogwoodfarmsanctuary.com and then request an appointment.
